Okay, I’m not speaking about Bud Light, I am talking about an OATMEAL STOUT. And, if I only have one a day, what influence would this have on muscle recovery(bodybuilding)? I know that complete-out drinking is horrible for muscle recovery, but what about just a single oatmeal stout per day?

A single beer a day probably isn’t going to kill you … but it is almost certainly not assisting your result in, either. It depends on how severe you are about your bodybuilding goals and how a lot you like beer
