hey guys just wondering how successful protein powder actually is. My friend bought me a tub of ‘Musashi Bulk Protein Blend’ that is meant to be very good for muscle recovery and get, which is what i want to do. How successful is it though? Does it really assist that much?
Also, are there any side effects? I’ve heard rumors which state that protein powder causes your physique to shop far more fat. But I’ve also heard protein powder advantages fat loss. Which is proper?

Whoever said it causes to shop a lot more fat does not know what they are speaking about. There are no side effects on protien drinks dependent on what type of protien is getting utilized. For instance soy protien is good for lean muscle (if if you want to contact that a side effect) and whey is to bulk up. The more muscles we have, the much more calories we burn and turn glucose (sugars/fats) into glycogen (power) more rapidly. So to wrap it up, drink the recovery drink immediately after your workouts to bulk up (if its whey & caesin protien) and there are no side effects.
