If I operate out twice a week, will doing 40 pushups and 60 situps a day disrupt my muscle recovery?


Question by I have brains for tonsils: If I operate out twice a week, will doing 40 pushups and 60 situps a day disrupt my muscle recovery?

So let’s say I work out monday and friday, like my the muscles utilized in pushups and situps (so, pecs, triceps, shoulders and abs). Now, if I do 40 pushups and 60 situps everyday, would that disrupt mentioned muscles recovery?

Thats in fact the quantity of pushups and situps I normally can do

No, muscles adapt but dont push your self overboard. If its the case add only 20 pushups and 20 situps the sliwly move up from there but dont strain or shock your muscles. And make sure you stretch well prior to!
