Question by Monkeychow: Muscle soreness, a natural way to quicken recovery process?
i am working out a couple times a week, for instance maybe every single sunday, tuesday and friday/thursday. each and every session is fairly intense considering that it is for the school sports group. and for the days immediately after every single session, i am very sore. although other men and women seem to recover in a day or so, it takes me significantly longer than them. why is that?
and also, is there some thing i can do to quicken this recovery method? what would you suggest?
