Question by boompowbang: How can I fix my Sleeping Disorder issue?
I don’t know whats incorrect with me I have to force myself to sleep and it still does not work, whilst absolutely everyone else is sound asleep at ten and 11 o’clock pm, I keep up until like 2 to 3 am sometimes later.
I’m only 17. And Im not a massive coffee drinker fan..so what is it?

strssing over items, even subconsiously. Something bothering you? vent it out, to a person or a paper, or with a knife to a old pillow. then you are going to be able to sleep
