Is it poor to go directly to sleep after working out?

Query by SomeAznGuy: Is it bad to go straight to sleep after working out?

I really have no time to perform out in the course of the day, but at night (about 9pm- 12am) I would do push-ups, crunches and lift some weights. Right after all that, I would just go to sleep. Is that a poor for your physique in a way, or does it make it so you acquire muscles slower?
