Question by anonymous: Can someone give me suggestions on sleeping greater?

Last night i got 1 hour of sleep i was stressed out. I want to fall into a sleep schedule so i am waiting till 8 or 9 to go to sleep tonight. Can somebody give me suggestions or ideas that will help me fall asleep?

Also, i worked out the yesterday and i got 1 hour of sleep so if i get ten tonight will my muscles grow fine or was my challenging function for nothing?

Try not to take naps throughout the day.

Go to bed and get up at the very same time each day.

Never consume heavy several hours prior to bedtime.

Keep your room cool and dark.

Only use your bed for sleep.

Attempt reading a boring book prior to bedtime.
