Question by : Is 48 hours rest time sufficient for my muscles to repair and develop?
Im 16 and do lots of workout. Im seeking to enhance my muscle so i perform on my body on Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday.
Will my muscles increase in size on this schedule? Really should i have another day recovery? Am I overtraining?
P.S I also eat a lot of protein to aid my muscle recovery.
