Can I weight train my legs 1 day and Go Jogging the Next Day?


Question by dianna: Can I weight train my legs one day and Go Jogging the Subsequent Day?

I know that your supposed to give whatever physique portion you have weight educated at least 48 hours of rest just before weight training that particular location once more, but does this apply to Operating/ Jogging / Cardio also.Do I have to wait 48hrs to run or jog or excersise on the eliptical machine? Im trying to create muscle mass on my legs and burn fat at the same time. I know that muscle and fat are two separate factors. I perform out 4 days a week. Mon. Tues. Thurs. Friday. and I alternate weight coaching body parts. I also do cardio on all four days. Now is the cardio affecting my muscle creating. I am five”five and I weigh 145lbs, and I am 22yrs old. Im also taking BCAA’s such as Glutamine which assists with muscle recovery. Please Support!

Oh and is it okay to run/jog/eliptical if your muscles are sore from the prior weight education exercise?
