What are healthy alternatives to the traditional 6-eight hrs of evening time sleep.?


Question by Curious: What are wholesome alternatives to the standard 6-eight hrs of night time sleep.?

My goal is to lower my night time sleep to 4-5 hours, and to then supplement my sleep with a nap during the day. I would like improve my productivity: I am most focused throughout the early morning hours and appreciate waking up at 4:00 am. What are wholesome options to the traditional “monophasic sleep” which we are most familiar with?

I recognize that there are “biphasic” and “polyphasic” sleep patterns that have been studied. Are there any trustworthy articles that talk about sleep alternatives that are wholesome and sustainable? I would appreciate if you could point me to trustworthy resources.

Is it correct that a nap longer than 30 minutes can make you far more tired?

i tihnk the best supplement is to take a nap of 30 mins in the late morning..
