I ran alot today and all my muscles are sore, how can i recover them quickly to run yet again tomorrow? PLEASE Help ME

They will recover as you run and use them yet again, it hurts at 1st but right after about 800meters your legs will begin to feel fine yet again, to stop soreness you really should stretch following you run.
