I lift weights each and every other day and i often feel like i want a lot more rest (lazy). i guess im sore.

are there any tips or weird treatments to speed up muscle recovery time? cold bath, particular foods, and so on?

take protein and preworkout and attempt to function different muscles on different days because you are supposed to give ur muscles 48 hrs to rest following lifting with them
