Alternate recovery tactics from fitness center then protein?


Question by Ando: Alternate recovery techniques from fitness center then protein?

So i go to the health club everyday roughly for about hour and a half. I use to take a protein shake, preworkout supplement and a during exercise supplement. But i cant afford all that now, so i just have a in the course of exercise supplement left more than. But is there any other approaches i can get the right recovery for right after the gym? So it promotes muscle development? Any support would be excellent!

You need carbs/protein prior to and after operating out, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a “supplement”. You can do this with complete foods. Throughout workout if you take something it really should most likely only be something like Gatorade… and water. Supplements are not magic: stuffing oneself total of them is not going to get you larger/stronger.


Btw, most folks agree that being in the health club for more than 1 hour can lead to overtraining. Then once more, I don’t know precisely what you do in the health club.
