Q&A: Can a lack of vitamins delay muscle recovery?

Question by Sandara: Can a lack of vitamins delay muscle recovery?

I have a pretty unbalanced diet plan. I strained my calf muscles a handful of weeks ago, and they’re still not completely recovered. Perhaps due to the fact I’m consistently walking they nevertheless have not mended, but can a lack of vitamins also result in slow recovery?

That’s a possibility. Yet another possibility is because the physique heals slowly. It does a quite excellent job once it’s done even though. o_x
