just get ON100% whey… its the very best protein out there for the cost (70 servings for $ 40)… muscle milk is just a bunch of filler crap and NO-Explode is yet another filler item with a bunch of additive sh-t… i recommend dont take a pre-workout supplement until u know how to workout successfully and at that point go with somethin like C4, Jack3d or 1MR… and in the end the protein supplement isnt really gonna matter u just want to most inexpensive one particular for the value, its mainly about your diet.
