I play ice hockey two to 3 occasions a week. I’m 37, female, and work complete time, am the mom of two and lead a quite busy, occasionally hectic life.


In common, I don’t get as considerably sleep as I probably need to (only 6 hours a night or less), which is most likely the reason why it seems to take longer than it should for me to recover right after a game.


It is anything: muscle recovery from the exertion — I am sore for as much as two days afterwards, even though I am in very good shape all round — as nicely as recovery time for the many bumps, bruises, minor pulls and strains that are inevitable playing hockey as much as I do.


Is this just part of finding older and I must get used to it? Or is there a way I can assist my physique recover better so I can play as considerably as I do and not feel wrecked all the time?


I eat a decent diet regime, enough but not also much, reasonably healthful.

I mean it would take time in your life but you should do yoga.
