Okay so im a basketball player and i really need to obtain muscle quickly. so im wonderin what variety of foods i need to have to consume to gain muscle. i play basketball Everyday for about 5 or much more hours. i weigh 141 and i want to obtain at least 10 or far more pound OF muscle NOT FAT by september. i dont drink protein shakes or any of that stuff. i just wanna gain muscle naturally. somebody assist? ohh and i just turned 15 in May possibly. and im about 5’10 – 5’11.
