Question by truwiccangal: Why does chocolate milk heal sore muscles?
I wanna know the answer. I have heard this and I know it’s true…but what is the ingredient and/or quotient in it that heals or soothes sore muscles? Another query: I do not occur to have processed chocolate milk handy, but I DO have some cocoa and 1% milk. So if I mix these with each other to make chocolate milk THAT way, will it still have the identical healing impact?

Chocolate milk does not heal sore muscles no matter what you heard. If it worked for an individual it was just a fluke.
