i am 16, a junior, and the first quarter of the school year ended for me nowadays. for the past week, i have been so busy with work that i’ve gotten less than five hours of sleep a night and final night i only got 2. i have a 4 day weekend and tomorrow i want to sleep the longest i possibly can. i do not care if i wake up at 7 pm. how can i guarantee this? i currently take a sleeping pill, do you feel it would aid if i took melatonin as well? any suggestions? thanks.
