The fastest way to construct muscle mass is by way of weight coaching and correct nutrition. To add mass swiftly you will want to be in a calorie surplus, meaning you have to consume more calories than you burn. Try to eat five-6 meals per day each and every consisting of a lean protein source (i.e.: chicken breast, tuna, lean beef, egg whites, and so forth.) and a complicated carbohydrate source (i.e.: brown rice, potatoes, oatmeal, beans, and so forth.). Also strive for at least 2 servings of vegetables per day for fiber. Aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight everyday. (Use a protein supplement to reach your everyday protein target)
