My anxiety has been keeping me up at night for a month and a half now and I do not know what to do. I wake up every other hour and it requires me two some instances 4 hours to go to sleep. Is there any organic supplements that I can take or treatments that will assist? (I’ve currently tried tea, goat milk, warm cow milk and reading)Absolutely nothing is helping. I never want to take any generic drugs I would like it to be organic. thanks

There are two solutions.

1. Join Yoga and meditation classes and discover all the strategies systematically.

2. Know the reason or root trigger for anxieties.


If a single is not obtaining wholesome, constructive, good, pious and noble thoughts, routines and traits, it is challenging to avoid anxiety. Also a single must construct strong moral behaviors.


Anxiety’s origin can be traced to illegitimate desires simply because of poor, poor, weak, dark or negative thoughts. Wrong desires throws our pure spirit outwards really like of the divine nature takes our pure spirit inwards. Our desires might be towards some sense objects or factors or beings. If the desired object is not accomplished, then the mind gets polluted, simply because of which aggravation comes. Aggravation leads to anger. Anger leads to infatuation. Infatuation leads to pressure and strains, pulls and pressures, and so on. All these land the individual in utter confusion. Confusion is the root lead to for loss of memory. When loss of memory is there, there will be simultaneously loss of reason also. Hence a single is place to insurmountable troubles just because of a tiny error in the beginning.


If we are able cut that root in the beginning itself (i.e. illegitimate want), we are safe from all these difficulties, I feel.


As an extra precaution, it is greater if 1 is in a position to get rid of all sorts of impurities or imperfections in the thoughts.
